01 — Who operates the website and controls data

02 — Data that may be processed

The website may process technical data logged by the server to deliver and secure the site, website usage data only after consent to Google Analytics, and information you voluntarily send by email.

03 — Purposes and legal bases

Technical processing and security logs rely on the legitimate interest of keeping the website available and secure. Analytics relies solely on consent. Email correspondence is processed to answer your request, take steps before a possible contract and, where applicable, conduct legitimate business communication.

04 — Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 (G-6JTEBR3FGZ, property 5198189444) is used only when you select “Accept analytics”. Before consent, the Google tag is not downloaded and no analytics request is sent. Advertising, remarketing and ad personalization are not enabled.

05 — Essential consent-choice storage

Your choice is stored in a first-party localStorage record for up to 180 days. This record is not used for tracking and is necessary so the website does not ask for the same choice on every page.

07 — Hosting and server logs

Service: cPanel Hosting Lite

The complete hosting infrastructure for the website, email, logs and backups is located in the Republic of Serbia. Within this hosting service, these data are not transferred to or stored outside Serbia. The infrastructure is owned, maintained and managed by the service provider.

The server may log IP address, request time, requested URL, response status and browser details to deliver, diagnose and protect the website.

Web access logs and email delivery logs for approximately the last 10 days are directly available within the cPanel account. For an earlier period, the owner may submit a formal request and the provider may supply data where technically possible. This does not mean that all logs are deleted after ten days. Application-level error logs are stored within the cPanel account, and their retention depends on the account settings.

The hosting provider maintains internal backups to protect and recover the system. They are stored in the Republic of Serbia at a physically separate location. No fixed number or schedule of backups is guaranteed for an individual customer account.

The cPanel service agreement is available to the owner in the customer portal, while the General Terms of Use are publicly available on the EUnet Hosting website.

08 — Contact by email

The website has no contact form. You can contact us only by clicking the email address or sending a message to office@ddc-make.com. When you contact us by email, we process the information you send to answer and manage the business correspondence. Please do not send information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

09 — Recipients and service providers

Hosting and email infrastructure are provided by Mainstream Public Cloud Services d.o.o. through the cPanel Hosting Lite service. Google Analytics processes website usage data only after consent.

10 — International transfers

Website hosting, email, log and backup data are not transferred to or stored outside Serbia. Use of Google Analytics, only after consent, may involve processing outside Serbia and the EEA. Google describes safeguards for international transfers in its documentation and privacy policy.

11 — Retention periods

The consent choice is retained for 180 days. Default GA4 cookies may last up to two years. Inactive business enquiries that do not become projects are retained for no longer than 24 months after the last communication. Documentation for contracted projects is retained according to applicable legal and business obligations.

12 — Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing, request portability where applicable and lodge a complaint with the competent authority. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

13 — Changing or withdrawing consent

Open “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. You can view the current status and accept or reject analytics. Withdrawal removes accessible first-party cookies whose names begin with _ga and prevents future GA requests from that page.
